Steve Wille

Managing Partner

Steve Wille is currently a Managing Partner with TelEnergy Advisors and a proven leader with over 30 years of experience in C-level Business Development & Strategy in the telecommunications industry. Steve demonstrates exceptional talent in leadership, executive level relationships and negotiations. He has an extensive track record in international and domestic business development, planning, client service, market development and partner relations, managing complex bids, and designing targeted value propositions. His experience makes him uniquely qualified to help companies meet and exceed business objectives.

Experience includes 13 years at MCI / WorldCom as a Senior Global Account Director responsible for managing a sales and support team, while maintaining the largest multi-million dollar account within his Division. Following MCI, Steve worked as Director of Business Development at ShareMedia, a worldwide, state-of-the-art internet-based message delivery service where he was responsible for establishing a business development team to secure domestic and international clients. In 2001, Steve built new communication agency and consulting firm, Advanced Communication Solutions (ACS), successfully designing and implementing the overall communications and business plans with his clients. At Siemens Communications, Steve continued developing and winning complex VoIP communications and traditional Digital phone systems, Wireless networks and LAN/WAN opportunities. In addition, Steve has extensive mobility experience working with T-Mobile for over 5 years delivering strategic mobile solutions.

Steve has developed into a strong leader that produces outstanding results. His charismatic leadership, coupled with the diversity of his C-level business development expertise, makes him a valuable resource for any organization looking to grow business, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

A native of northern Michigan, Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Communications at Michigan State University. Steve then went on to earn an MBA at DePaul University with a concentration in Management while working full time.

Steve Frainey

Managing Partner

Mr. Steve Frainey serves as a Managing Partner at TelEnergy Advisors and is responsible for leading the business development efforts at TelEnergy Advisors as well as providing quality service delivery to TelEnergy Advisors customers across the globe. Steve is a seasoned telecommunications executive with 30+ years of business development, customer experience, and business consulting experience with leading public and private firms.

For over a decade Mr. Frainey served as Vice President of Business Development with The Northridge Group a management consulting firm specializing in providing telecommunications and contact center consulting expertise to Fortune 500 clients. While with Northridge he was responsible for customer acquisition, profitable growth and development of customer quality assurance programs. Previously, Mr. Frainey held leadership positions with a half dozen technology firms with in the telecom and Information Technology industries. Mr. Frainey lead the Marketing Automation Sales efforts for Premiere Global (PGI) was Vice President of Sales at T-Systems a division of Deutsch Telekom, selling voice, data, hosting and help desk services to global enterprises. Mr. Frainey was a founding member of S3Networks (NTT) a security software and managed services provider. Mr. Frainey started his career at MCI in 1984, holding a variety of sales, customer service and technical support roles. He was instrumental in helped MCI grow its revenues from $1b in 1984 to over $40b in 1999.

Mr. Frainey has an BA from Saint Mary’s University in Winona MN and a Member of the Board of Directors at Mount Saint Joseph Association.
